    Low Carb Chocolate Mousse

    Seriously, this is thigh slapping easy and loaded with goodness. Fats from avocado and cream, additional protein from chia seeds and loads of tasty goodness that may bring you to tears.  If you need a chocolatey hit, this is it!! Decadent, delicious and perfect for a hot date. Impress your significant other, your hook up or treat yourself to a night of chick flicks and soul food.

    • 1/4 c Healtheries No Sugar Added Chocolate bits (plus a few for the top)
    • 6 tbsp cream
    • 1 avocado
    • 2 – 3 tbsp Natvia
    • 3 tbsp cocoa
    • 1 tsp vanilla essence
    • 1 tbsp chia seeds (for extra protein!)

    Melt down the chocolate bits, add all other ingredients and blend till smooth.

    Pour into 2 fabulous serving bowls and pop in the fridge for a couple of hours.

    Lick the bowl clean and enjoy how complete your life has now become.

    Serve topped with some cream and a few extra chocolate bits for good measure or a couple of berries for a twist.

    FYI: This isn’t a ‘eat every day’ kind of food.  This is a special event food so eat responsibly.
