Cheesy Keto Puffs
Cheesy, crunchy and bread like, these cheesy keto puffs are full of flavour, totally satisfying and with a dash of paprika leave you with a warming and delicious after taste. Even more importantly, they are possible the easiest keto and low carb recipe I’ve tried yet!
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 cup grated mozarella
- 1/2 cup grated tasty cheese
- 1/2 cup almond meal
- 1/2 tsp of baking powder
- 1/4 tsp paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
Heat oven to 180 degrees c
Add eggs to a bowl and whisk
Add cheese and mix through
Add almond meal, baking powder, paprika, salt and pepper and combine
Spoon mixture evenly into 6 muffin tins
Cook for around 12 – 15 minutes or until the top of your keto cheese puffs goes golden brown
Remove from oven leave to cool slightly then remove from muffin tins, split open and serve with butter!
You may also like to add chopped herbs, jalapeños or chopped spring onions to the mix to change up the flavour. Give it a go and let me know what works for you!
