Low carb keto Affogato
Love coffee? Love desserts?? ME TOO! Luckily, this recipe I did in association with De’Longhi New Zealand is totally transferrable into a low carb / keto version.
The recipe is really simple. Ingredients listed below.
- Cookie crumbs – I recommend using a low carb / keto cookie like this recipe for Keto Chocolate Chips recipe
- A scoop of low carb / keto Ice cream. I really enjoy Isocream, but find one that’s available in your part of the world.
- A shot of coffee, freshly brewed
- Whipped cream to top and a few extra cookie crumbs.
The method for making this low carb keto affogato is super simple. It’s just a case of arranging the ingredients and enjoying!! It’s totally decadent and delicious and the beauty of this is that it’s restaurant quality and you don’t have to feel like you’re missing out!! Enjoy X
