This recipe is the chocolate dip you know and love, made from good fats and it’s SUGAR FREE! I love it on top of protein Icecream like Isocream. This is a small serving you can keep in the cupboard and simply melt it down by placing the container in a bowl of hot water.
- 1/4 cup of cocoa or cacao powder
- 3 tbsp of coconut oil
- 1.5 tbsp stevia or your preferred sweetener
Place coconut oil and stevia in a microwave safe container and heat in the microwave on high for 30 seconds, then if not fully liquified, heat for a further 15 seconds. You can also melt this down in a pot on your stovetop if you’d prefer.
Mix thoroughly and once stevia has dissolved, add coconut and mix through.
Serve on cold ice cream and enjoy!
To store: I keep mine in an airtight container in my pantry or you can keep it in the fridge. To soften, place the whole container in a bowl of boiling water and stir till fully melted.
